Free first week of dispatching — no fees, no obligation · 24/7 support: (210) 457-0194
What does a truck dispatcher actually do?
A dispatcher works on behalf of the carrier (you) to find loads, negotiate rates, handle broker paperwork, and manage the administrative side of running freight. We're not brokers — we represent your interests in every negotiation. You drive; we handle the phone calls, the paperwork, and the rate fights.
Do I need my own authority (MC number)?
Yes. We dispatch for carriers who hold their own operating authority. If you're still under someone else's authority (running as a lease-on driver), a traditional dispatcher relationship doesn't apply. If you're working on getting your authority, we're happy to point you toward resources.
How is your fee calculated?
We charge a flat percentage of the gross load amount — 5% for dry van, flatbed, reefer, and hotshot solo operators; 4.5% for small fleets (2-5 trucks); 8-10% for box trucks depending on lane and freight type; and custom rates for mid-size fleets (6+ trucks). The fee is calculated on the booked rate (before fuel advances or accessorials) and is only charged on loads we actually book and you complete. No load, no fee. And your first week with us is completely free — no fees on any loads, period.
Are there setup fees, monthly minimums, or long-term contracts?
No, no, and no. We don't charge setup fees, we don't require monthly minimums, and our dispatch agreement is month-to-month. If we're not delivering value, you can leave. We earn your business with every load — not with contractual lock-in.
How quickly can I start running loads?
Most carriers are onboarded and rolling on their first dispatched load within 24 hours of signing the agreement. The main variable is how quickly brokers verify your carrier packet — and since we already work with most of them, that's usually fast.
What's the free first week?
Exactly what it sounds like. When you sign on with us, the first 7 days of dispatching are completely free — we don't charge our percentage on any loads we book during that window. It's our way of proving we're worth it without asking you to commit financially first. After the free week ends, our standard rates kick in (and you can cancel at any time with no penalty).
What equipment types do you dispatch?
All major equipment classes: dry van (53'), flatbed, step deck, hotshot (Class 3-5), refrigerated (reefer), box truck (26'), power-only tractors, lowboy/RGN, Conestoga, auto haulers, tankers, dump trucks, and oversize/overweight specialty hauls. We have the broker network and the experience to keep all of them loaded. If you're running something we haven't worked with before, we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right fit.
Do you work with new MCs?
Yes — though we'll be honest about the limitations. Many brokers have a 6-month or 1-year authority requirement before they'll set up new carriers. We work with brokers who don't have that restriction and help new MCs build the history they need to access broader freight markets.
Will I have a dedicated dispatcher?
Yes. You'll have a primary dispatcher who knows your truck, your preferences, and your operation. For 24/7 support, our after-hours team has full access to your account so issues get handled even when your primary dispatcher is off the clock.
Do you handle factoring?
We coordinate directly with your factoring company — submitting invoices, providing rate confirmations and BOLs, and following up on payments. If you're not factoring but want to, we can recommend reputable partners. We don't take a kickback from any factoring company; we recommend based on rates and reputation only.
What happens if I have a problem on a load?
Call us. Whether it's a detention dispute, a routing issue, a problem at the shipper, a chargeback attempt, or a breakdown — we deal with the broker so you can focus on solving the actual problem. That's the value of having a dispatcher who's actually on your side.
How is this different from a broker?
Brokers represent shippers. They want to move freight at the lowest cost. Dispatchers represent carriers — we want to move your truck at the highest rate. The interests are fundamentally different. Brokers are also paid by the shipper; we're paid by you, which means our loyalty is yours.
What information do I need to send to get started?
Four things: your MC authority (CR), certificate of insurance with us listed as a certificate holder, a completed W-9, and a voided check for direct deposit setup. We send you a dispatch agreement, you sign it, and we get to work.
Where are you based and what areas do you serve?
We're based in Austin, Texas at 5900 Balcones Drive #11405, Austin, TX 78731. We dispatch freight across the All 50 United States — anywhere your truck rolls.
